We had a fantastic morning making pancakes today. First, we discussed what ingredients and utensils were needed. Then we carefully measured our ingredients into a bowl and used whisking and folding skills till our pancake batter was ready. After that we watched our pancakes being cooked and finally had the chance to eat them. They were scrumptious!
We had a taster of Judo today and really enjoyed it. We had fun while we learnt the techniques of throwing and grappling. The leaflets sent home will give you further information about classes. Have a look at some of our moves!
Today two dentists came to visit us to tell us just how important it is to look after our teeth. They brought special dental equipment and we were shown how to count our teeth. They also brought a bag full of food and drink and we had to decide whether the food and drink was healthy or unhealthy. The dentists were so impressed with our knowledge! We were shown a picture of a rotten tooth which wasn’t very nice and we were told how to stop our teeth from rotting. At the end we were given the chance to ask lots of questions. It was great fun.
 
We are enjoying playing games on the iPads. ‘King of Maths’ is great for practicing our counting skills and Education City is helping with our sounding out and blending. It’s mostly thumbs up all round!
