Adrienne came in to tell us another Bible story today. She told us that she had lost her car keys in the room and we had to search for them. She then told us another story about something else that was lost. It was the story of “The Lost Sheep”. We had actions to do when she told us the story. She then had a little “true or false” quiz at the end for us. We were good at it.
Adrienne visited us to tell us the story of “Jonah and the Whale”. It was quite scary in parts. At the beginning we had to look for Wally just like people had to search for Jonah. We did a quiz at the end. Thank you, Adrienne.
Adrienne came in to tell us about Daniel and the Lion’s Den. It was a really good story, but quite scary. Adrienne brought some things in for us to see to give us clues about the story. We were a very good audience.
The lovely Adrienne came in to tell us all about the Bible and the many stories that it has in it. There are some really good stories. Today she told us about Joshua and the Walls of Jericho.
As she read the story, when she said “march”, we had to do it. When she said “round” , we had to draw circles in the air and when she said “Joshua”, we had to salute. It was a really good story.
Our lovely minister, Adrienne, came to visit us to tell us stories about Jesus. We never knew that there is not a lot in the Bible about Jesus as a boy, but their are lots of stories about him as a man.
She told us the story of Easter. It is such a good story.
