The children asked for a castle in the classroom, so this week it is slowly coming together.  There have been cries of “Fi, fi, foe, fum!” and lots of role play.  Today we looked at flags and their importance and linked them to the Winter Olympics.  We then designed our own flags for the castle.  It is a work in progress.
