Since the weather is so glorious today we took some time to get to know 1.1 a little better. We played outside on the skooters and trailers and had an amazing time !

Easter Bonnets
Next week (week commencing 27th March) there will be NO Literacy or Numeracy homework. Instead, the children are to make an Easter bonnet ! Next Thursday (30th) bonnets will be judged by our head teacher and winners will receive a prize! We are sure that both parents and pupils will LOVE this homework task!
Our Community
Mrs O’Donnell has been exploring the school grounds with us as part of the ‘My Community’ topic. We are enjoying using Google maps to look at places out with school. After Easter we will be going a walk to the Avenue!
Meditation
Sometimes our days can be very busy and our brains get tired. We are learning how to RELAX by trying meditation for kids! During this meditation, we get ourselves comfy, close our eyes, take deep breaths and are guided through different adventures – using our imagination to picture things in our minds.
