Another big thank you to everyone who attended our nature nurture group today!

Some of the children had great fun finding all the ‘faerie’ doors in our woods.

Our lovely student, Mrs Redmond, as part of her graded unit, has made a new music wall for outdoors. The children are going to love it and we can’t thank her enough.

The children set up a chair car wash! Not only did they have fun but we have lovely clean chairs too.

What a wonderful morning we had in the woods today. Lots of activities, ideas and lovely conversations had. Thank you to all who attended and we are looking forward to the afternoon session.

Some of the children went a walk to the library today to pick up Bookbug stickers. Unfortunately when they got there they discovered the library was closed until lunchtime! 🤭 We still enjoyed the walk looking at lots of environmental print  and bus timetables.

We will have to go back to the library another day!

The children made a second scarecrow and named her Cynthia ❤️

The children enjoyed a wee Bookbug session in the sun with Mrs Rafay.

The children had noticed that there were a lot of crows visiting the nursery garden. We wondered if they might be after our seeds in the new planting beds. The children decided to make a scarecrow to see if that would help.  We made our first scarecrow today and named him ‘John’
