The children made a second scarecrow and named her Cynthia ❤️

The children enjoyed a wee Bookbug session in the sun with Mrs Rafay.

The children had noticed that there were a lot of crows visiting the nursery garden. We wondered if they might be after our seeds in the new planting beds. The children decided to make a scarecrow to see if that would help.  We made our first scarecrow today and named him ‘John’

We were delighted to have a visit from the Easter Bunny and Primary 7 yesterday. We listened to stories and then went on an Easter treasure hunt! Thank you P7 for all the fun.

Miss Macdonald has been very busy in the garden with the children. They have been busy planting and preparing our new beds donated by the school PTA.

• Mrs Murray is looking to make a scarecrow with the children and is looking for  lots of plastic bags. If you have a plastic bag, filled with more plastic bags and can spare some, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 💛
