Welcome everyone to Mearns Nursery Class!<\/p>\n

I have just popped on to share our Story Sacks with you all.\u00a0 You may notice in the Nursery Entrance area that there are 3 trolleys full of draw string bags.\u00a0 They may look like boring purple, yellow and black bags but actually they contain exciting story books and resources that you can share with your child.<\/p>\n

The bags took a tremendous amount of work to set up and we would encourage you to borrow a sack and enjoy reading at home with your child, chatting about the story, singing the songs and playing the games that are included!<\/p>\n

If you borrow a Story Sack<\/strong> we ask that you ‘sign it out’<\/strong>, as you would do at the library.\u00a0 Please fill in the title of the book, your child’s name and the date that you borrowed it as well as the date that you returned it,\u00a0 just so that we can keep track of each set and look after this fantastic resource!<\/p>\n
