Today we spoke about our emotions. We discussed all different types of emotions we can have and times we have felt them. We chose an emotion and made an “emotion monster” and our classmates had to guess what the emotion was.

1.2 have loved learning all about the different roles in the community and how they help us. Today we made posters about different jobs in our local community and enjoyed some role play in the new areas in the classroom.

Primary 1.2 had lots of fun designing their love heart craft for Valentines day ❤️. This allowed them to practise their cutting and sticking skills.

1.2 had lots of fun taking their learning of addition and subtraction outdoors today. Using loose parts helped their understanding and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done primary 1!
