Maths Week!
Today we were learning about pictograms to collect and display data. We created our own pictograms and enjoyed asking our friends questions. Some of us choose to collect data about favourite colours, numbers, football players, books, mythical creatures, etc. We then discussed the most popular and least poplar choices.
Maths Week!
Today we went on a virtual school trip to a THEME PARK! We buckled our belts and went on a very big roller coaster. 🎢 😯
We then talked about our favourite rides at a theme park and created tally tables. Using the information we collected, we created our own bar graphs. ✏️

This week the circles group have been focusing on addition and subtraction. We played some games to strengthen our skills. ➕➖
Today, the squares group started investigating doubles. We used a dice to double numbers and test our friends. 🎲
The triangles have been learning about the greater gator. We are learning to use symbols to show greater numbers and smaller numbers. We know that the alligator likes to eat the bigger numbers. 🐊
