P7 Puppet Show
 P7 girls wrote, prepared and presented a fantastic Puppet Show for all the P1 classes. |

Wind Power
 We learned about the size of the wind turbines. |
Mr Chand from Whitelees Windfarm explained how the wind turns the blades on the turbine. |

Primary 1, I have really enjoyed reading about your learning since starting school. You have had lots of opportunities to work together, problem solve and take your learning outdoors. I have been so proud of how well everyone is doing and how fabulous a Primary 1 you all are. Well done, everyone for working so hard!

 We used tally marks to do a survey of the local traffic. |
 We counted how many different colours of cars we saw |
 We worked in pairs. Our survey papers got a wee bit soggy because of the rain… |
 We learned about Milkshake breathing |
You can help yourself to calm down by breathing in through your nose and breathing out slowly through your nose. |
