Wow! I have loved reading about your adventures in Muddy Land. I can see numeracy, literacy and even singing skills in this fabulous place. What a lot of learning going on outside!
Great work using the BeeBots too! You are able to program a toy using directional language, what a fantastic skill to be learning at nursery. I think you should come along to P1 and show them what you have been learning, I am very impressed.

Maxs Christmas Wish
The children really enjoyed the show Max’s Christmas Wish.

Fun at Muddy Land.
The children enjoyed making music on our new music wall.
We were painting with mud making mud pies, and finding the longest worms.
We even had karaoke during snack time.
Great fun using our new water fountain.
The children were learning to navigate as they played with the bee bots.
The children gave instructions to each other.
We are learning about directions and following instructions.

Orry Adventures and Outdoor Learning.
Most children have been to the Orry and are having great fun outdoors.
The children look after their partners . Ask your children about our Orry rules.
The children are learning all about road safety on their walks to the Orry.

The children love running down the big hill and playing our statue game.
The children have been enjoying energetic play outdoors.

Children have daily opportunities to go outdoors. As the weather is changing please could we remind all parents to dress children appropriately for daily outdoor play. Wellies, thick socks, cosy hat, gloves, and a warm jumper. Thank You Nursery Staff.
Diwali
Harvest
The children were asked to bring something in for the Harvest table.
The whole school had an assembly to find out more about Harvest.
Why have we brought food in for harvest?

The children brought lots of food in. The school made up Harvest bags and the Nursery took some of the bags across to the elderly people that lived in Montgomerie Court.
The ladies and gentlemen were very pleased to see us. And were all very grateful for their bags.
Some people were not in Bella had a very good idea “We can leave it for a surprise”
The rest of the food was given to the food bank.
Open Hour.
Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, family and friends who joined us for our first open hour of the year.
