Primary Two have been looking again at the rights of every child.
We understand that we should have these rights but some children so not have all of their rights met. We thought about the rights that were most important to us. To celebrate 70 years of UNICEF helping boys and girls, we thought of a wish we would like every child to have across the world. We wrote our wish in a bubble and put it in our wishing garden. 
As part of our Novel Study on Clink, we made our own toast! Unfortunately we could not get a hold of Clink from Milton so we had to use an ordinary toaster. After we made our toast we picked a topping and spread it on our toast with a knife. We could choose from Margarine, Strawberry jam, bananas or honey. At the end we got to eat the yummy toast!
During health week primary one took part in many different activities. It was a very fun filled week! We had a karate session, mini kickers and a rugby session along with a talk on Road Safety and weightlifting. Kaleb’s dad came in to talk about his experience running in different Marathons. We thoroughly enjoyed the different activities and learned a lot of new things.
