Task Sheet 

This week we have been learning all about repeating pattern.

We have been practising our new skills inside and outside!

We have also been revising our common words in lots of fun ways!

And exploring everyday materials, like clothes pegs and lollipop sticks, to create models.

When we come back after the October holidays we are going to be junk modelling in the Atrium.

If you have any bottles, boxes etc could you please send them in with your child. Please do not send in toilet rolls or any dairy containers.

Another busy week in P1b.

We have been learning all about sorting…..

 

This week our sounds have been ‘c’, ‘k’ and ‘ck’.

     

We have even been learning how to use our class tablet to take pictures of our amazing work!

It may have been a four day week but we still packed a lot in!

This week we have been learning the sounds ‘d’ and ‘e’.

We have been discovering dinosaurs in their frozen eggs.

Digging in the sand.

Experimenting with different liquids

Creating Elmer the Elephant mosaics.

Using various loose parts to create magnificant ‘transient art’.

Exploring Numeracy & Maths activities as part of Maths Week.

Today we had two new teachers! They enjoyed reading stories to the boys and girls in their class. The boys and girls on the carpet enjoyed listening to their new teachers.
