We want to raise as much money as possible; therefore your product should be of <strong>high quality<\/strong> (\u201cshop standard\u201d) and appeal to your target market.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that you should only make <strong>one<\/strong> item to bring in and show your class.\u00a0 We will then vote for the best and the winning designs will be re-produced in larger quantities for selling.<\/p>\n<p>Food for thought: Try searching Pinterest or Google for \u2018Children\u2019s Christmas crafts\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Good luck!<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Literacy homework<\/strong> &#8211; Chilli Challenge <strong>(due in on Friday 15th November)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Find 5 additional words and write these in your homework jotter.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to this, we would like you to practise this rule by choosing to complete two tasks found on the \u2018Spelling Menu\u2019.\u00a0 Please choose different ones from last week.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Numeracy homework<\/strong> &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s competition time!!!<\/p>\n<p>This week for homework,\u00a0 all children in Primary 3 &#8211; 7 are being asked to take part in the new Sumdog competition &#8216;East Renfrewshire Maths Contest&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>It started today and finishes at 8pm on Thursday 14th November.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here are some things to keep in mind during the contest:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students can play at any time.<\/li>\n<li>For the score to count, the <strong>East Renfrewshire Maths Contest<\/strong> activity must be showing in the green panel on the left of the student&#8217;s screen when they click to start each game.<\/li>\n<li>Their scores are based on <strong>correct answers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>class score<\/strong> is the<strong> average of the scores<\/strong> from all students from that class who take part.<\/li>\n<li>To appear on the leaderboard, <strong>at least 10 students from a class need to play.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>As some students have limited computer access, <strong>every student is limited to 1000 contest questions.<\/strong> However, their free logins let them keep playing other activities afterwards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Good luck P5a &#8211; I know you can do it!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enterprise Homework &#8211; (due in on Tuesday 19th November) Primary 5 are beginning a new Enterprise topic where each class will run their own Christmas Market.
