Even although we may believe a lot of our unhelpful thoughts when we are feeling stressed, it is good to remember that they should be questioned as they are often based on wrong assumptions. thought?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\">What kind of \u2018thinking error\u2019 could it be?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\">What would you say to a friend in the same situation if they were thinking this?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\">What are the advantages and disadvantages of thinking in this way?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\">Is there another way of looking at the situation?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\">How important is this thought?
