Text KEYWORKER to 85258 to talk by text with a trained crisis volunteer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1760 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/public\/healthierminds\/uploads\/sites\/18270\/2020\/06\/29140628\/screenshot7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"135\" height=\"94\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Whatever you&#8217;re going through,<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samaritans.org\/scotland\/how-we-can-help\/contact-samaritan\/talk-us-phone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Samaritans<\/a><\/strong> are there to listen &#8211; 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
