The booklet below has been created to help support those with additional support needs who have experienced grief or a loss.  The first part of the booklet is for children and young people to read and covers topics such as: what is grief, why do people die and when someone dies.  The second part of the booklet is for those supporting the child or young person.  This provides information and general strategies to support people with disabilities deal effectively with grief and loss .
