The National Wellbeing Hub has a section on their website dedicated to ‘support for my colleagues’, here you will find links to articles, podcasts, and quick reads to help you support yourself and others.  Their section on ‘self-care’ has different tips for looking after yourself and a ‘space for listening’ podcast ( a structured process which creates a space for participants have an equal opportunity to share their thoughts and feelings, and to experience an equality of listening).  Click on the pictures below to find out more.
