Need help to quit smoking..? Quit & Win!


Our chums @ NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde are offering support to anyone who would like to cut down, or quit smoking.  Why not take part in their Quit & Win campaign!

Quit & Win is open to all workplaces across Greater Glasgow and Clyde area, offering the opportunity for employers to support and encourage their employees keen to give up smoking. The campaign this year starts on No Smoking Day which is taking place on Wednesday 13th March and runs for 12 weeks. There will be three prize draws at week 4, 8 and 12 and we’ve got fantastic prizes on offer including theatre vouchers, free Glasgow Club memberships, £300 worth of shopping vouchers and Cineworld tickets.

Participants will also receive weekly email and text messages with helpful tips on how to control cravings as well as information on how they can access additional support during their quit attempt.

To take part in Quit & Win, your workplace and participants should be registered on or before the starting date of Wednesday 13th March. We now have the free No Smoking Day Packs ready for collection (address below) from our office in Brand Street. Each pack contains – 4 X A3 posters, 10 X money boxes, 50 X leaflets, 5 X saving calculator wheels and 21 X credit card size leaflets. Every workplace can get a pack or a maximum of 2 packs depending on how large the workplace is and the last day for collecting packs from our office is Friday 15th February.
