#KindnessMatters Day 4
Hi Again,
The sudden change and the uncertainty are difficult for all of us but can be particularly challenging for children as routines and structures have been changed and many of them miss their friends, wider family members and staff and even learning the way they are used to.
Each day I’m adding a poster which I think may be helpful. They are all taken from the following blog:https://www.epinsight.com/

Hi Everyone,
Here’s today’s assembly. Thank you for continuing to stay focused and working hard. There’s a special story today about ‘being blue’, I though it was a good one for #KindnessMatters.

#KindnessMatters Day 2
Hi Everyone,
We are aware that as lockdown continues we all need to look out for one another and especially our children. The sudden change and the uncertainty are difficult for all of us but can be particularly challenging for children as routines and structures have been changed and many of them miss their friends, wider family members and staff and even learning the way they are used to.
However I also thought it would be helpful to post some ideas for parents about how you can help your child find their way through this. It might be that your children are fine and loving this time, that’s great, but I don’t think this is true for everyone. Each day I will add a poster which I think may be helpful. They are all taken from the following blog:https://www.epinsight.com/
The second poster is about being connected being connected.
Mental Health Awareness Week 18th – 24th May

This week many of the classes will be reminding children of the importance of being kind during this time and to be aware of their feelings and the feelings of others.
However I also thought it would be helpful to post some ideas for parents about how you can help your child find their way through this.
