This week we have working on Team Building skills and how to work better in a team.<\/p>\n
We have explored the importance of roles, communication, collaboration, time management and problem solving. Here are a few of the tasks we had to complete.<\/p>\n
Name Line in silence – We had to work together to form a line in alphabetical order but silently!<\/p>\n
Paper chain – In teams of 5, we were given one piece of A4 paper, 2 scissors and 1 glue stick and we had to create the longest paper chain within 10 minutes! The time pressure was challenging.<\/p>\n
Boat challenge – In teams of 5, we had to solve a problem. We needed to use recycled materials to create a boat that would hold toy animals without sinking!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
