In PE we have been developing our basketball skills.\u00a0 We worked on dribbling, intercepting, dispossessing, passing and shooting.\u00a0 We played different games to develop these skills.<\/p>\n

In writing we wrote about a personal experience.\u00a0 We could either write about \u2018Someone I admire\u2019, \u2018The Happiest Day of My Life\u2019 or \u2018A Time When I was Scared\u2019.\u00a0 We were to ensure we had tried our best with our grammar, punctuation and spelling and included emotive language.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For Woodland this week we created an updated \u2018bird\u2019s eye\u2019 map of the school and school grounds.\u00a0 We walked around the perimeter of the school grounds to take account of the shape and design of the school grounds.\u00a0 We also looked at old maps and then used these to create updated maps with a key.<\/p>\n

In Maths and Numeracy we did different problem solving questions.\u00a0 Some of these we worked on ourselves and others we did with a partner.\u00a0 We discussed the different strategies and approaches we could use and shared our working and answers with the class.<\/p>\n

In maths the Marvellous Multipliers were learning about the order of operations.\u00a0 The Flawless Fractions have been learning about ml and litres.\u00a0 The Dedicated Decimals have been learning about algebra.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
