We have been focusing on revising our important Primary 3 learnin before we add some Primary 4 knowledge.\u00a0 In mental maths, we have been playing games to increase our fluency and speed with mental addition and multiplication.<\/p>\n

In mental maths we rolled the dice to play noughts and crosses . We rolled it and we picked a times table and then whatever number it rolled on would be the question. (CM)<\/em><\/p>\n

Mrs Allan said a number and then we crossed it on the number square then we did minus 20 30 or 40 (MA).<\/em><\/p>\n

We have been continuing our work on our novel “The Boy Who Gre Dragons”.\u00a0 We have used this book to practise our predicting, character descriptions and letter-writing to recap important information.\u00a0 This week, we learned more about dragons, like the main character Tomas did.<\/p>\n

In our book, Tomas went to the library to look for information about dragons (IM)<\/em><\/p>\n

We were picking dragons and writing factfiles about them.\u00a0 we were drawing, colouring and having fun (SB).<\/em><\/p>\n
