Some vitamins are excellent at helping to aid the digestive process and are superheroes in protecting our bodies from damage. As part of our active science, we wanted to know if vitamin c could help prevent cell damage by creating a simple observation test using apples, vitamin c and water. We had to set up a fair test, decide on a hypothesis, then observe any changes over a period of 24hrs, then a further 48hrs.
