Hello and welcome to our weekly blog.<\/p>\n
This week we have been working very hard.<\/p>\n
In addition to completing our Literacy and Maths activities, we have taken part in PE both indoors and outdoors.\u00a0 We are learning all about possession games and increasing our fitness levels.<\/p>\n
“We created our own aerobics routines and we danced to the music” (Jura)<\/p>\n
We were very excited to start our Vikings topic. We are looking at maps and the lives of Vikings.<\/p>\n
“Vikings are from the past and we are going to learn all about them”. (Ruaridh)<\/p>\n
“I am excited to learn about how they travelled to different countries”. (Ryan)<\/p>\n
“I am excited to make Viking helmets”. (Olivia)<\/p>\n
“I can’t wait to find out more about the longboats and how they were made”. (Yahya)<\/p>\n
“I am really excited to find out more about Viking Gods – I already know about Freya, the Goddess of Love. ” (Isla)<\/p>\n
We continued to make our Class Charter\u00a0 and have been learning about the Rights of the Child.\u00a0 It has been interesting to see\u00a0 how many rights there\u00a0 are.<\/p>\n
We are hopeful that the weekend is lovely and sunny so we can get outside to play.<\/p>\n
