Over the past few months, we have been familiarising ourselves with using the school ipads as a tool for learning. The children are steadily building their confidence in identifying and using a variety of literacy and numeracy apps and exploring search engines. We are currently focused on developing our creativity and skills in building code through programmes such as Scratch Jr. They loved making their own ‘Under the Sea’ project on Scratch, where they could programme sound and movement to their Scratch sprites.<\/p>\n
