To celebrate Language Week Scotland we have been inspired by the movie Encanto to learn some Spanish words. Some boys in girls in the class already knew some Spanish words and taught them to us too!<\/p>\n

Some boys and girls in the class also enjoyed teaching us how to say hello in a language they speak at home. Thank you boys and girls!<\/p>\n

We also learned about the meaning of valuing diversity in our community and enjoyed exploring and discussing everyone in the class\u2019 culture. We are looking forward to continuing to learn about Valuing diversity in Barrhead.<\/p>\n

Inspired by The Madrigals in Encanto we thought about how we could use a gift to help others. We created an imaginative diary entry. We also designed a door to reflect our chosen gifts.
