Over the past few days we have been learning about how to be better learners and how to get ourselves ‘unstuck’! One of the things we have been learning about are the 5 Bs. They are your brain, a box of bits and bobs, the board, your buddy and books. We’ve been making posters to help us remember the 5 Bs.
Tragic Titanic!
We are learning about the Titanic. We have created fascinating pictures using charcoal & chinagraph pencils. In groups, we have also been researching facts about 1st, 2nd & 3rd class passengers. We will use this research to make posters.

Maths Week
In P4/5 we have been doing lots of different activities for maths week. On Monday, we took part in the online national ‘Sumdog’ maths contest. Then there was a big class maths relay on Tuesday and we had to use all of our addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills to solve the problems against the other teams and the clock. Brodie and Orla were the P4 winners and Lewis and Katlyn were the P5 winners. Eilidh and Mikey came a close second for P4 and Emma and Michael came second in P5. Well done everyone!
RME – Joseph
We have designed a technicoloured dreamcoat. We wrote a diary pretending to be Joseph or one of his brothers. In the story his dad has a favourite son, who is Joseph. We will keep you up to date on the story. By Angelina, Orla and Lucy.
