Primary 1 have been learning about countries around the world from France to Canada.\u00a0The children have loved learning about the flags, languages, and traveling to these countries.<\/p>\n

We looked at Scotland too and the celebration of Robert Burns with Scottish people. We had a piper come into the school to play for us and he was wearing a traditional kilt.<\/p>\n

We all got to dance around together to the pipes being played.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

We also made some Scottish biscuits.\u00a0 The children helped to weigh out the ingredients and follow the recipe.\u00a0 Together we mixed it together, rolled it out and cut the biscuits.<\/p>\n
