Primary 1 were making soup last week. 🍲
We talked about food hygiene and how we making sure we are being clean and safe when working with foods. They children were able to create a list from washing their hands to making sure we wash out ingredients. Together we watched a video about how to cut safely using the bridge and claw technique.
Everyone got the chance to cut up different vegetables that would go on our soup.
Together we added the other ingredients into the soup maker and listened to the soup being made.
Everyone got the chance to try the soup if they wanted and lots came back for seconds it was so tasty. 😋
