Food Technology

We are still enjoying our food technology topic and are continuing to develop our knife skills, using the bridge hold and claw grip. Here we all are making apple crumble:

We are learning to carry out an experiment to find out what plants need to grow and develop.
In groups we planted cress seeds in different pots, one with sun and water, one with only sun, one with only water and one with no sun or water. We made predictions on what seeds we think will grow best and will record our observations each week:
