Languages Week Scotland

We have been thinking about different languages from around the world.

We made a display of items which are made in different countries and then learned how to say hello in the language of that country.  Great work from everyone!

BSL – I can sing a Rainbow
You were all brilliant at learning this lovely song using sign language.

We have also been learning a new song in French which we will sing at our school assembly on Friday and we have been learning Mandarin with Ms Xu.  So far we have learned numbers, tones and greetings.  We also learned lots of new facts about Chinese New Year.
