April has been another busy month for primary 2! We came back to school feeling refreshed after the holidays and have been working hard 🙂

We have been learning all about musical notes and everybody worked hard to play some melodies on the glockenspiel. Then, as a special treat, we got to have a try of Miss Donaldson’s violin.  We asked lots of questions and all did a wonderful job of playing!

In RME, we have been learning about Islam. So far, we’ve found out about the 5 pillars of Islam as well as the holy month of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid. We had a great time making our own Eid decorations.

We love taking part in science experiments 🙂 At the minute, we’re learning about forces and have been testing how we can alter a force.
