Primary 2 enjoyed a day of outdoor learning.\u00a0 They completed a number scavenger hunt around the playground where they had to identify the number and the quantity of tens and units.<\/p>\n

They then also joined in with a weighing activity. The class have been learning to weigh with grams and kilograms. They were estimating the weight of objects then using scales to measure the items.<\/p>\n

Lastly we went out for muddy movers where they were set a challenge to create a den. One group worked well together to create this house. It even had a front door entrance with flowers and a path.<\/p>\n

The other group made a restaurant which they kept refining to make it fit more people in.<\/p>\n
