What a fun filled, exciting day we had to celebrate World Book Day. \ud83d\udcda<\/p>\n

We really enjoyed showing off our fabulous costumes and sharing our favourite books.<\/p>\n

Half the class went to visit a Primary 5 classroom where the P5 children read to P1. The other half of our class stayed in our classroom \u00a0and some of P5 came to visit and read to us.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00a0\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

We decorated bunting with our favourite characters and stories.
\n\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

We absolutely loved the \u2018Where\u2019s Wally?\u2019 scavenger hunt organised by Miss Rice.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\" \"\"<\/p>\n

We enjoyed reading \u2018This is a Dog\u2019 by Ross Collins. We all read along, laughted out loud at the silly dog and decided to become an author and illustrator for another page to be added to this wonderful book. \ud83d\udcda\ud83d\udc36<\/p>\n

To finish off a fantastic day, we joined the whole school outside in the big playground. We danced, sang, paraded our costumes and favourite books to everyone and clapped and cheered while watching each of the other classes parade.<\/p>\n
