{"id":668,"date":"2022-12-01T14:39:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-01T14:39:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/class2028a\/?p=668"},"modified":"2022-12-01T14:39:14","modified_gmt":"2022-12-01T14:39:14","slug":"668","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/class2028a\/2022\/12\/01\/668\/","title":{"rendered":""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have been learning about our new topic Scotland. \ud83c\udff4\udb40\udc67\udb40\udc62\udb40\udc73\udb40\udc63\udb40\udc74\udb40\udc7f<br \/>\nwe have loved learning about Scotland and the history behind it.<br \/>\nWe have looked at famous Scottish bridges and completed a STEM challenge to build abridge for Our French friend Camembear to walk along.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-667\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/class2028a\/files\/2022\/12\/C3DF3791-EF60-4CFF-B87C-2C5A2369EFAC-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We looked at tartan on St Andrews day and we made our own using straight lines and a variety of colours. We used different materials to make the tartan, we used sponges and paper too to weave. \u00a0They look amazing. \ud83c\udfa8<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-673\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/class2028a\/files\/2022\/12\/8874AC83-9725-4A0F-9A40-B577F171DF04-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-669\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/er\/class2028a\/files\/2022\/12\/FE1CC682-1C7F-4BE5-8817-9328409169B7-225x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We also got to have so much fun with Children in Need Day. We joined in with some fun activities that the primary 7s orangised in the gym hall. The parachute game was the funniest games to try play. \u00a0\ud83d\ude01<\/p>\n<p>We all came away with some great games, toys, books or fluffy toys. We have been working on saying how we feel in French. \ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7<br \/>\n\u201cCa va mal\u201d \ud83d\udc4d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCa va bien\u201d \ud83d\udc4e<\/p>\n<p>\u201cComme ci, Comme ca\u201d \ud83e\udd32<\/p>\n<p>We have also been learning how to order our lunch in French.
