We had fun trying to find some of our tricky words in books from our class library. It helps us develop our skimming and scanning reading skills.

Foundations of Writing.
All good writing begins with strong mark-making skills. We are creating black-line drawings based on creating particular scenes, movements and expressions.

The children gathered objects from their environment to make numbers. This is important, as they can make the connection of number as quantities.
