P7 have been creating video games! This week we learned about tile maps. These are pictures that create the backdrop of 2D games.

The S5s from Barrhead high are leading basketball training with the P7s. It’s a chance for our P7s to see what they are doing in high school.

Three of our P7 pupils have visited Eastwood to debate whether we should be made to switch to electric cars or not with St John’s Primary. It was streamed online and P7 pupils in class were able to ask questions.

P7 took a trip to the windfarm at Whitelees as part of our renewable energy science lessons.

A range of activities have been going on today! Canoeing, bush challenge, more rock climbing and raft building.

We’ve just arrived at Lochgoilhead and children have set up their beds and had one activity so far! Food is good and weather is holding up!

🏀 P7 are back at the high school for a PE transition. They are experiencing taekwondo and basketball!

Children in P7 have started practising for the P7 dance and a little gymnastics afterward.

P7 are going to see the high school perform Christmas music and theatre.  All that’s missing is some snow on the walk there!

Santas reindeer came to visit today!
