We celebrated National Fitness Day this week by taking part in two Kidsโ Personal Trainer sessions with Joe Wicks The Body Coach. We discussed the importance of healthy food and exercise for our bodies and mental health. ย We loved the sessions because they are filmed in a classroom! This reminded us that you really can get your body moving just about anywhere! This sure was a sweaty session but we got through it and we had big smiles at the end! Woohoo! ๐ ๐ช๐ฝ๐
