We are learning how to retell the story of a place of local historical interest. We have explored Barrhead, Glasgow and finally…Bonnie Scotland!
In writing βπ½ we are learning how to write instructions. We looked a traditional Scottish recipe for shortbread! We followed the recipe to mix the ingredients; work as a team; knead the dough; use the rolling pins; create neat bite size shapes! We did so well and our classroom smelled absolutely delicious! We did our best to tidy up but wow, baking isnβt the neatest of activities with 20 p3s π π We are lucky to have Senil who cleans our classroom each evening to make it lovely and clean for the morning.
