We had a fun afternoon learning about Robert Burns and the traditions carried out during a Burns Supper.
We started by saying the Selkirk Grace then piped in our Haggis before reading the Address to a Haggis poem. We enjoyed tasting some haggis and neeps.
Then we read the poem ‘My luv is like a red, red rose.’ Finally we had a toast to Rabbie Burns and tasted some shortbread.
All good Burns Suppers end with singing ‘Auld Lang Syne.’
