P3: Kindness πŸ’œπŸ’›πŸ§‘

In Health and Well-Being we learned the importance of being kind to others. We each held a delicate paper heart. We listened to a story called Chrysanthemum. Each time the characters feeling were hurt we gently squeezed our hearts. By the end of the story our hearts were creased and crinkled. After the story we tried to make the hearts perfect again by making them smooth and flat. However, we soon discovered that even though we could make the hearts much better, the little lines would not go away.

This taught us that if our feelings are hurt, we can feel better through comfort and care but we tend not to forget these hurtful moments. It reminded us the importance of being kind at all times and to respect the feelings of those around us. πŸ’œπŸ’™β€οΈ
