As it was Saint Andrews Day we decided to make some Scottish shortbread to celebrate. Before we got to work we discussed how to stay safe around the ovens. We worked in groups of three to measure, combine and shape the dough. While the shortbread was baking we designed boxes for the shortbread. We hope everyone at home enjoyed our finished results. Yum!
