Primary 7 have been learning all about renewable energy and how important it is, and enjoyed a very educational visit from Scottish  Power

Our grow a fiver enterprise is getting very exciting. All companies have created and are now developing and packaging their merchandise. Next step will marketing and advertising!

Primary 7 enjoyed a visit from Barrhead High’s music department.  🎹🎼🎸🎷🎺🎻🪕🥁🪘. They learnt the correct stance to use when singing, how to use their breathing.  and how to use the 5 natural microphones in their bodies.

Pupils can not wait to perform at the Barrhead High Showcase in June!! 🎤

We have been learning about Scottish artist and architect, Charles Ronnie Mackintosh, and creating our own versions of the MacKintosh rose.

We well and truly got into the Christmas spirit at our Christmas party🎄 with loads of fun and games🎈🎁!,

Pupils in Primary 7 enjoyed visits from Barrhead High’s head teacher Mrs Johnson, and Mr Beaton, head of S1. They were able to find out about all the fantastic subjects and clubs available when they start next year.

Primary 7 LOVE  a jigsaw and are close to completing 1000 piece scene of Paris!!!

Pupils have been having some maths lessons with one of our Barrhead High teachers as part of their transition. Today was all about fractions, decimals and percentages.

Primary 7 loved visiting the Science department at Barrhead High.  Starting in physics they created their own electrical charges, 🧲followed by chemistry where they were able to analyse and breakdown different tissues.🍏🥔🥩
