There has been so much excitement across Primary 7, as the pupils take up their various roles of responsibility.\u00a0 Some of these roles include; Pupil Council, House Captains, Library Monitors, Rights Respecting Representatives and Junior Road Safety Officers.<\/p>\n

This week is maths week. Pupils have enjoyed a whole variety of maths based activities including code breaking, escape rooms and maths art, ‘Curves of Pursuit’.<\/p>\n

Everyone is enjoying learning more about World War 2 and the pupils have been imagining they were evacuees and writing letters home. They have also been learning about, ‘Propaganda’ and the roles of women throughout World War 2. In addition to this we have been learning about rationing, why it was introduced, and how it worked.<\/p>\n

Part of P7\/2’s Religious and Moral Education\u00a0 is learning all about, ‘Black Lives Matter’. We are also looking closely at Unicef’s Rights of the Child, as we continue to go for our Gold Rights Respecting School’s award.<\/p>\n

We have some very talented artists in P7\/2 and have been learning different drawing techniques, including pointillism and using pattern. The results have been really effective.<\/p>\n
