Social Studies<\/span><\/p>\n

We have been learning about\u00a0the weather. We\u00a0are learning about warm and cold countries.\u00a0 We\u00a0learned that\u00a0Australia is a warm country\u00a0and England can be cold sometimes. We wrote reports on the weather, which was really fun.\u00a0 We went on a magic carpet and flew off to our dream places like warm and cold countries.<\/p>\n

Literacy<\/u><\/p>\n

We wrote stories about superheroes\u00a0such as\u00a0Cat Woman and we could make up our own characters.<\/p>\n

Numeracy<\/u><\/p>\n

We\u00a0were learning\u00a0to\u00a0do\u00a0three digit calculations.\u00a0 We have also been using money.<\/p>\n

Modern Languages<\/u><\/p>\n

We have been learning all of the numbers up to 10 in French.<\/p>\n

RMEd<\/u><\/p>\n

We’ve\u00a0been learning stories from the Bible, such as Noah and the Ark and Jonah and the Whale.<\/p>\n

Spelling<\/u><\/p>\n

We\u00a0have also been learning about the ‘magic\u00a0e’ the other spelling rules such as\u00a0‘ss’ and ‘zz’.<\/p>\n

Art<\/u><\/p>\n

We\u00a0did cross curricular work\u00a0with Noah and the Ark; we drew Noah and the ark with a rainbow on top. We also painted our spelling words.<\/p>\n

We wrote our class targets and painted animal background behind it.<\/p>\n

PE<\/u><\/p>\n

We\u00a0are learning to play football, which is really fun.\u00a0 We also learned yoga too.<\/p>\n
