We have been learning about features of the solar system and making models of the planets. During drama we made a ‘human’ solar system to show our understanding of how Earth rotates on an invisible axis around the sun, how it takes 365 days, 5 hours, 59 minutes and 16 seconds or 1 year to completely revolve. We also learned  how we get different seasons.

Another interesting fact we discovered is that the moon is completely dark and that ‘moonlight’ is actually the sun’s reflection.
