Today, as part of literacy and English, Primary 6/1 chose to read a playscript. They worked in collaborative groups to decide who would play each part, studied stage direction, characterisation and the expressions and actions of actors and about projecting voice. They explained that they found this very interesting and enjoyable. For Art we designed costumes and selected props so this afternoon the children were able to showcase their own performance of ‘Working Children’.
