Yesterday, Primary 7 had the opportunity to apply some cooking skills as well as some of their mathematical knowledge. Following the recipe, the children weighed butter and sugar, creamed them, sifted their flour and combined the rest of the ingredients to make a dough. The pupils then rolled this out and created wonderful gingerbread cookies!
