Scottish Wars of Independence

Our topic this term is The Scottish Wars of Independence.  We have been learning about the important people during this time, such as King Alexander III and King Edward I. This week we have been focussing on William Wallace and the Battle of Stirling Bridge. We enjoyed creating our own shields and look forward to using them in drama when we recreate the Battle of Stirling Bridge.

We are also very excited about our visit to Stirling Castle next week to learn more!

Stay posted for pictures!
